目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像技术及后处理技术对肺癌支气管动脉的显示,运用多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)技术及图像后处理技术对L1R1型肺癌支气管动脉进行分析研究,比较L1R1型肺癌左右两侧支气管动脉开口位置,开口直径,走形方向的差异,了解其左右支气管动脉的特点,为经支气管动脉灌注化疗或灌注栓塞治疗肺癌提供有价值的信息。方法收集113例L1R1型肺癌支气管动脉的MSCTA图像进行详细观察分析,比较其左右两侧支气管动脉在开口位置,走形方向,开口直径的差异。结果 L1R1型肺癌左右两侧支气管动脉的开口位置,走形方向,开口直径存在差异。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像技术及后处理技术有助于进一步了解L1R1型肺癌支气管动脉解剖信息,为经支气管动脉进行灌注化疗或灌注栓塞治疗提供帮助。
Objective To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT angiography and postprocessing techniques for lung cancer bronchial artery display, using multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) technology and image post-processing technology for bronchial artery L1R1 type lung cancer were analyzed, compared L1R1 type lung cancer The left and right bronchial artery opening position, the diameter of the opening, the direction of the difference, to understand the characteristics of the left and right bronchial artery, bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy or infusion of embolization provide valuable information. Methods MSCTA images of 113 bronchial arteries of L1R1 lung cancer were collected and analyzed in detail. The differences of the bronchial arteries in the left and right sides of the bronchial artery were analyzed. Results The location of the bronchial artery on the left and right sides of L1R1 type lung cancer, the shape of the opening and the diameter of the opening were different. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography and post-processing techniques are helpful to further understand the anatomic information of bronchial artery in L1R1 lung cancer and to provide assistance in perfusion chemotherapy or perfusion embolization via bronchial artery.
