用一步溶液共缩聚法合成了α,ω-二甲胺基二甲基硅氧烷低聚物与对羟基苯乙烯。α,ω-酚羟基芳砜低聚物的三元交联嵌段共缩聚物(CBGC);初步探讨了CBGC的化学修饰反应;考察了CBGC及其化学修饰物的结构形态和性能。发现CBGC和其化学修饰物均为结晶度很低的聚合物,存在明显的微观相分离结构,膜表面层形成有机硅链段富集,具备非离子型高分子表面活性剂的功能结构,拥有优异的成膜工艺性和良好的氧氮选择透过性,CBGC经4,4’-二异氰酸酯二笨甲烷和端二异氰酸酯聚氧化丙烯氨酯化学修饰后,塑性增大,拉伸模量提高一个数量级以上。
Α, ω-dimethylamino dimethylsiloxane oligomers and p-hydroxystyrene were synthesized by one-step solution copolycondensation. α, ω-phenolic hydroxy aryl sulfone oligomers ternary cross-linked block copolymer (CBGC); CBGC chemical modification reaction was discussed; the structural morphology and properties of CBGC and its chemical modifications were investigated. It is found that both CBGC and its chemical modification are polymers with very low crystallinity, with obvious microscopic phase separation structure. The surface layer of CBGC is enriched in organic silicon segments and possesses the functional structure of non-ionic polymeric surfactants. Excellent film-forming process and good oxygen-nitrogen selective permeability, CBGC chemically modified by 4,4’-diisocyanate dimethylene and terminal diisocyanate polyoxypropylene urethane, the plasticity increases and the tensile modulus increases An order of magnitude above.
