目的:为了掌握和提高某区2015年放射工作场所防护水平。方法:现场调查检测、数据统计分析、依据国家标准评价。结果:普通X线机、CT机和核医学设备均有检测不合格的项目,其余设备检测结果均为合格;不合格的项目有观察窗、防护门、防护墙、楼面及核医学工作场所的表面污染;三种类型设备机房总的防护检测合格率由高到低的顺序是:放射治疗、放射诊断和核医学。结论:某区2015年放射诊断和核医学工作场所的防护检测合格率均比2014年高,应增加手术室C臂机专用机房的数量,保证CT机房的建设面积和防护厚度,定期进行表面污染监测、去污及限制人员随意走动。
