利用显微分光光度计法观察5例急性白血病细胞核DNA含量与核面积变动的关系及经HOAP治疗的2例急性单核细胞白血病的细胞核DNA含量及核面积变动与治疗的关系。 结果指出急性白血病细胞DNA含量较正常单核细胞为高,有明显差异,它们的细胞核DNA总含量随核面积的增加呈递增状态,两者呈正相关。饶有兴趣的是细胞核单位面积的DNA(DNA/u~2,F)与核面积(A)之间呈幂函数负相关。 二侧急单经HOAP治疗一周后,细胞核DNA含量有不同程度的下降,但核面积均有不同的增大。完全缓解的一例,大核细胞数目增多,DNA含量趋向正态分布。
The relationship between nuclear DNA content and nuclear area changes in 5 acute leukemia cells and changes of nuclear DNA content and nuclear area in 2 acute myeloid leukemia patients treated with HOAP were observed by the spectrophotometer. The results showed that acute leukemia cells with higher levels of DNA than normal monocytes, there are significant differences in their total nuclear DNA content increased with the increase of nuclear area was an increasing state, the two were positively correlated. Interestingly, there was a power-related negative correlation between nuclear DNA per unit area (DNA / u ~ 2, F) and nuclear area (A). After a week of acute exacerbation of HOAP, the DNA content of nucleus decreased to some extent, but the nuclear area increased differently. In one case of complete remission, the number of nucleated cells increased and DNA content tended to be normal distribution.
