研究了导弹的划代方法与划代标准,根据军事需求、导弹发展趋势和技术发展的要求,指出导弹的代际发展可分为三大阶段,即机电化导弹、信息化导弹和智能化导弹,并对国外反舰导弹、对地攻击飞航导弹、巡航导弹进行了划代;信息化、网络化、通用化、智能化等软性指标在导弹划代指标中的份量将逐步加大;21世纪的导弹将主要向信息化导弹、智能化导弹方向发展。同时,对导弹划代中的相关问题进行了探讨。
