目的探明各省市间鼠伤寒沙门菌感染流行之间的关系。方法1980~1995年鼠伤寒沙门菌感染在我国北方和南方流行期间,自19个省、自治区、直辖市和香港特别行政区收集鼠伤寒沙门菌2655株做质粒谱分析。将质粒图谱编码,小质粒带组成的图形分别用大写字母编码为A~J,没有小质粒的编码为O;并按大质粒分子量140~20Md依次从9编码到0;两个及两个以上大质粒用两位或两位以上数字表示。结果2655株鼠伤寒沙门菌可分为11个类群,168个质粒谱型,常见的质粒谱型有52个。O4质粒谱型在16个省市区和香港广泛分布;O5质粒谱型在5个省和香港分离到,以江西和湖北最多;J4质粒谱型在7个省市区分离到,以江西最多;A类群的5个质粒谱型在河南引起医院内感染的大流行;A6质粒谱型还在新疆和安徽分离到;E类群6个质粒谱型主要在新疆流行;3个质粒谱型在上海引起医院内感染;E82质粒谱型在辽宁引起医院内感染和食物中毒;F4质粒谱型在4个省分离到,以江西和福建多。此外还有一些地区性流行的质粒谱型。结论同一起爆发中菌株质粒谱型相同;两地流行时质粒谱型和噬菌体型可以不同
Objective To explore the relationship between the prevalence of Salmonella typhimurium infection in various provinces and cities. Methods Salmonella typhimurium from 1980 to 1995 was collected from 2655 Salmonella typhimurium strains in 19 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region during the epidemic in northern and southern China. The plasmid map coding, small plasmid with the graphic were coded in capital letters A ~ J, no small plasmid coding O; and according to the large plasmid molecular weight of 140 ~ 20Md sequentially encoded from 9 to 0; two and two or more Large plasmids are represented by two or more digits. Results 2655 strains of Salmonella typhimurium could be divided into 11 groups and 168 plasmid types. There were 52 common plasmid profiles. O4 plasmid profiles were widely distributed in 16 provinces and municipalities in Hong Kong; O5 plasmid profiles were isolated in 5 provinces and Hong Kong, with the most in Jiangxi and Hubei; J4 plasmid profiles were isolated in 7 provinces and municipalities, with the most in Jiangxi ; A group of five plasmid profiles in Henan caused by a nosocomial infection pandemic; A6 plasmid profile was also isolated in Xinjiang and Anhui; E group 6 plasmid profiles prevailed in Xinjiang; 3 plasmid profiles in Shanghai Causing infection in the hospital; E82 plasmid profiles caused nosocomial infections and food poisoning in Liaoning; F4 plasmid profiles were isolated in 4 provinces, with more Jiangxi and Fujian. In addition there are some regional popular plasmid profiles. Conclusions The plasmid strains of the same strain were identical in appearance. Plasmids and phages could be different
