本人现任三年级两个班的英语教学工作,每个班的学生情况都不同,一节相同的课往往需要设计不同的教学方案。特别是几个比较活跃的班级,上课时学生爱讲话,小动作也多,缺乏纪律观念。如果设计几个有趣的小游戏,他们就会上窜下跳,每次都会有小状况出现。原本精心设计的教学过程也变得支离破碎,教学效果大打折扣。所以,为改变这种状况,本人在这学期运用小组共同学习的教学方法,在每个班里贴了一张小组竞赛表格,将全班分为四个小组,上课时根据每组的表现和活动竞赛评价,下课时评出优胜小组,在竞赛表格上进行奖励。在平时的课堂教学中,也适当地运用两人、四人或六人为一组的小组共同学习。从开学到现在两个多月里,这几个班上课的纪律进步了,参与的积极性也提高了。
I am currently in the third grade of two classes of English teaching, each class of students are different, a section of the same class often need to design different teaching programs. The original well-designed teaching process has also become fragmented, teaching effectiveness greatly reduced. Therefore, in order to change this situation, I used the group to learn the teaching method together in this semester. In each class, I posted a group competition form. The whole class was divided into four groups. During the class, according to the performance of each group and Event competition evaluation, winning team during get out of class, reward on the competition form. In normal classroom teaching, it is also appropriate to use a group of two, four or six people to learn together. From the school to the present more than two months, these classes in the discipline of progress, participation and enthusiasm has also increased.
