当今人力资源的开发与管理越来越为企业所重视,并且成为了现代企业管理的核心内容。面对企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,企业应根据自身的实际,在明确人力资源管理开发重点的基础上,参考大量的专业文献、资料,通过分析国有企业人力资源开发和管理在宏观和微观方面存在的问题,提出国有企业人力资源开发和管理的改革思路。
