以学生发展、教师发展、学校发展为诉求,因校制宜、因人制宜地开展读书活动,成为中小学幼儿园教师读书活动的思想、行为导向。在这样的导向机制下,人们努力发挥自己的聪明才智,想方没法,广开渠道,有效推进读书活动。调研中我们发现,读书节、读书报告会、读书交流会等是各校较为普遍的做法。许多校长明确提出:校长就是要搭平台、架桥梁,让师生通过阅读增知识、长才干、显身手、创业绩。
