舒神胶囊主要由百合、郁金、五味子等十余味中药组成,其中五味子为方中主要组成药物之一,五味子中主要含五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子酯甲等木脂素类化合物,故选择五味子甲素作为控制本品质量的指标性成分。本文建立高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:0.1%冰醋酸(72:28)为流动相测定样品中五味子甲素含量。方法简便、准确、快速,可作为该品种中芦荟苷的质量控制方法。
Shushen Capsule is mainly composed of more than ten herbs such as lily, tulip and Schisandra, among which Schisandra is one of the main components in the prescription. Schisandra contains mainly lignans such as Schisandrin, Schisandrin B, Schisandra Chinensis, , So choose Schisandra A as an indicator of the quality of the ingredients. In this paper, the establishment of high performance liquid chromatography with methanol: 0.1% glacial acetic acid (72:28) as the mobile phase determination of schisandrin content. The method is simple, accurate and rapid and can be used as a quality control method for aloin glycosides in this variety.
