将气体射流技术引入到钢包烘烤器的开发研究中,利用CFD通用流体软件模拟了在新型结构中的流场和燃烧加热效果,并分析了结构对流场和温度场的影响。研究结果表明,引入气体射流技术和高温空气燃烧技术的新型钢包烘烤器结构,能够有效地改善钢包烘烤效果以及加热均匀性,并较大程度地减小了污染物排放量。
Gas jet technology was introduced into the development of ladle roaster. The CFD software was used to simulate the flow field and combustion heating effect in the new structure. The influence of structure on the flow field and temperature field was also analyzed. The results show that the new ladle roaster structure with gas jet technology and high temperature air combustion technology can effectively improve the ladle baking effect and uniformity of heating and reduce the pollutant emissions to a great extent.
