1.胚乳原核在授粉24~36小时内完成一次分裂。 2.胚乳核的形成属游离核型、进行有丝分裂。 3.胚乳细胞的细胞膜的形成靠二次纺锤丝。 4.在胚乳细胞的液胞里贮藏着Amylopectin。 5.卵核在授粉24小时左右受精,但约有8天的停滞期。 6.胚周围的胚乳细胞被吸收消失,形成空隙,其内充满粘液。 7.授粉4周后着生在胚先端的子叶进行分离。 8.胚的分化是在授粉4周时结束,但继续进行伸长生长,授粉8周后胚长340μ左右。
