我们国家实行了世界上最高的新能源汽车补贴政策,造成了一系列后果,必须改变2015年5月份,四部委公布政策之后,明确了“十三五”期间电动汽车补贴政策,每两年降低20%。按照这个标准,我计算的数字是“十三五”期间需要3900亿(元)的补贴,也有人估计需要5000亿(元)的补贴,这还不包括地方政府的补贴。现在许多城市已经不能承担补贴规模,真正能够承担补贴的只是几个大城市。
