我们熊河水库管理处在襄樊市水利局的正确领导下,1997年在搞好工程、灌溉管理和防汛抗旱的同时,围绕供水、水产两大支柱产业,深化改革拓富路,加强管理增效益,取得了显著成绩。一是全年创总收入260万元,比1996年增长22％,超额4％完成了市局下达的经济指标。二是适时为枣阳、襄阳两个灌区输送农业用水6770万立方米,保证了1万公顷农田获得丰收。三是自筹资金48万元,按照湖北省水利厅制定的工程管理“千分制”的要求,
