SQC-3型湿式强磁选机是江西有色冶金研究所、铁坑铁矿、赣州冶金机械修造厂共同研制的。目前有三种系列产品即SQC-10-3型、SQC-6-3型和SQC-4-3型。结构都属于转环式类型。本文着重介绍前面的一种。此机研制的目的是为解决细粒弱磁性铁矿、黑钨矿及其他有色、稀有金属矿的分选问题。经过数年来不断的实践改进,证明对江西铁坑铁矿、永平铜矿等褐铁矿类型的矿石及稀有金属矿的分选可获得较好的指标。
SQC-3-type wet magnetic separator is Jiangxi Nonferrous Metallurgy Institute, iron pit mine, Ganzhou metallurgical machinery repair plant jointly developed. There are currently three series of products namely SQC-10-3, SQC-6-3 and SQC-4-3. The structure belongs to the swivel type. This article focuses on the previous one. The purpose of this machine is developed to solve the fine-grained weak magnetic iron ore, wolframite and other non-ferrous metals, rare metal ore sorting problem. After several years of continuous practice and improvement, it has been proved that the classification of limonite type ore and rare metal ore in Jiangxi TieKeng Iron Mine and YongPing Copper Mine can obtain better indexes.
