十六届六中全会在我国改革开放不断走向深入,全面建设小康社会有序推进的历史条件下召开。全会审议通过了《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》,提出了新形势下构建和谐社会的目标、任务和基本原则,这些重大部署为建设中国特色社会主义和全面建设小康社会指明了方向。深入领会和贯彻十六届六中全会精神,具有重要的现实意义。
The 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee held under the historical conditions that the reform and opening up in our country continued to deepen and that an overall well-to-do society was promoted in an orderly manner.
