针对钢铁工业节能减排面临的技术和方法瓶颈,通过对不同阶段节能减排理念和现状的分析,提出了适应钢铁工业开展新一轮节能减排的实践技术方法——“融合式节能减排技术体系”。基于该体系工作方法和思路的阐述,进行了终端用能设备和钢铁企业系统节能减排的案例介绍。结果表明,“融合式节能减排技术体系”符合钢铁企业现有节能减排现状和需求,能够带来明显的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
Aiming at the bottleneck of energy saving and emission reduction in the iron and steel industry, by analyzing the concept and status quo of energy saving and emission reduction in different stages, a practical technical method to adapt to the new round of energy saving and emission reduction in the iron and steel industry Pai technology system. “ Based on the elaboration of working methods and ideas of the system, a case introduction of energy-saving and emission reduction of end-use equipment and steel enterprise system was carried out. The results show that the ”Convergent Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Technology System" conforms to the current situation and demand of energy saving and emission reduction in steel enterprises, which can bring obvious economic, social and environmental benefits.
