目的 探讨茵栀黄注射液和促肝细胞生长素联合人工肝治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法 观察组39例重型肝炎患者在内科基础治疗上给予中西药联合血浆置换治疗71例次;对照组54例重型肝炎患者在内科基础治疗上仅给予中西药治疗。结果 观察组治疗后临床症状及生化指标较治疗前明显改善,总好转率为56.4％(22/39),对照组总好转率为29.6％(16/54)。结论 中西药联合人工肝治疗对于重型病毒性肝炎是一种有效的治疗方法,宜在内科治疗基础上早期施行。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yinzhihuang injection and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor combined with artificial liver on severe hepatitis. Methods A total of 39 patients with severe hepatitis in the observation group were given 71 cases of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with plasma exchange on the basis of medical treatment. 54 cases of severe hepatitis in the control group were given only traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of medical treatment. Results The clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes of the observation group were significantly improved after treatment. The overall improvement rate was 56.4% (22/39) in the observation group and 29.6% (16/54) in the control group. Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine combined with artificial liver therapy for the treatment of severe viral hepatitis is an effective treatment should be based on medical treatment early implementation.
