节约集约,集聚发展,是绍兴县推进印染产业转型升级的一个重大举措。纺织印染是绍兴的传统产业、支柱产业。但不可否认,由于企业众多,又各自为战,在废水排污方面,给社会造成不小的影响。为改变这种现状,2010年,绍兴县委县政府提出印染产业集聚升级工程,将全县80%以上的印染产能集聚提升到滨海工业区,建造统一的污水处理厂,实行总量控制,统一治理,统一排放。
