本文对惠州口岸1996年1月至1997年11月出入境人员4180中检出的7例梅毒患者进行流行病学调查分析。结果显示梅毒感染率呈上升趋势；检出率16.75×10~(-4)，明显高于珠海口岸1994－1996年报道的梅毒检出率6．4×10~(-4[1])；并具有职业性的特点，感染者多为青壮年，文化程度低以及性乱等问题。作者提出了惠州口岸今后应加强此类出入境人员梅毒监测及预防和控制。
In this paper, from January 1996 to November 1997 Huizhou port exit and entry of 4180 were detected in 7 cases of syphilis epidemiological survey. The results showed that the infection rate of syphilis was on the rise. The detection rate was 16.75 × 10 ~ (-4), which was significantly higher than that of 6.4 × 10 ~ (-4 [1]) reported from 1994 to 1996 in Zhuhai. And has the characteristics of occupation, mostly young people infected, low education and sexual disorders and other issues. The author put forward that Huizhou Port should strengthen the monitoring and prevention and control of syphilis among such immigrants in the future.
