The significance of this paper is that by using the method of decomposing the deviation of industrial structure, this paper demonstrates the deep-seated reasons for the imbalance between industrial structure and employment structure in Jilin Province, and provides a theoretical basis for implementing three industrial structure optimization and employment-enhancing policies in Jilin Province.
