利用CdZnTe能谱测量系统测量国防科技工业电离辐射一级计量站建立的低能过滤束X射线参考辐射各能量点脉冲高度谱。通过MCNP-4C模拟方法建立CdZnTe探测器模型,进而模拟计算从10keV到60keV之间能量间隔为1keV的响应矩阵。通过逆矩阵方法将脉冲高度谱解为注量谱。图1为CdZnTe探测器模拟模型,图2为利用上述方法对N-30参考能量点解谱结果(经平滑处理)。
The CdZnTe spectrum measurement system was used to measure the pulse height spectrum of each energy point of low-energy filter beam X-ray reference radiation established by the first grade ionizing radiation station of National Defense Technology Industry. The CdZnTe detector model was established by the MCNP-4C simulation method, and then the response matrix with the energy interval of 1 keV from 10 keV to 60 keV was simulated. The pulse height spectrum is decomposed into fluency spectrum by inverse matrix method. Figure 1 shows the CdZnTe detector simulation model, and Figure 2 shows the results of the N-30 reference energy point solution (smoothed) using the above method.
