雄性生殖毒性主要表现为内在或外在因素对睾丸和精子的结构损伤和功能影响。随着生殖毒理学和生殖流行病学等学科的发展,近年来对雄性生殖毒性的毒性作用及其作用机制的研究日益受到重视。有研究证实,雄性生殖毒性的发生及发展既受经典遗传因素调控,又受环境因素导致的表观遗传修饰改变的影响[1-2]。因此,了解经典遗传机制和表观遗传机制对雄性生殖毒性的调控有利于阐明该类疾病的发病机制,探索相应的预防与治疗方法。本文主要针对
