相比于传统试验技术,小冲孔试验因试样尺寸微小、经济方便而得到越来越多的关注。文章对近年来损伤条件下小冲孔试验技术的研究概况进行综述,讨论了其在氢脆、低温韧脆、辐照受脆变情况下评定材料性能的应用,以及在高温下评定服役构件的蠕变损伤及其剩余寿命;对有限元模拟分析小冲孔试验影响因素进行总结;并对后续工作进行了展望。
Compared with the traditional test techniques, the small punching test is getting more and more attention because of the small sample size and economic convenience. In this paper, the research status of small punching test technology under damage condition in recent years is reviewed. The application of the material in evaluating the performance of materials under hydrogen embrittlement, low temperature ductile and brittle irradiation is discussed, and the evaluation of service components at high temperature Creep damage and its remaining life; summarize the influencing factors of the small punching test by finite element simulation analysis; and prospect the follow-up work.
