职校学生顶岗实习期间存在频繁离职的问题,暴露出“高实习率”表象下隐藏着“低稳定率”的事实,这些问题的部分原因与职校就业创业教育不到位有关。本文作者根据自身的班主任实践,结合带学生顶岗实习的经历,谈谈职校就业创业教育。
The phenomenon of frequently leaving during vocational training in vocational schools exposes the fact that “low stability rate” is hidden beneath the appearance of “high internship rate”. Part of the reasons for these problems are not related to vocational education for employment and entrepreneurship.
