棉铃虫是我国农业生产上的重要害虫,它适应性强,危害作物广,一年发生多代,常追逐农作物的花实期更换其寄主直接影响产量。用化学农药防治棉铃虫会污染环境,使棉铃虫产生抗药性,残存虫量增加,且杀伤天敌,破坏生态平衡。因此,我们从1976年开始棉铃虫核型多角体病毒(NPV)生产与应用的研究。几年来,摸索出了一套生产棉铃虫NPV的工艺流程;研制成功“78—3”和“79—4B”型可湿性粉剂;病毒制剂的产量逐年上升,五年来共生产245.55×10~5
Cotton bollworm is an important pest in agricultural production in our country. Its adaptability and harm to crops are wide. It takes several generations a year and often replaces its host directly with the flowering of the crops. Controlling cotton bollworms with chemical pesticides can pollute the environment, causing cotton bollworm to develop resistance, increasing the amount of remaining parasites, killing natural enemies and damaging the ecological balance. Therefore, we started from 1976 to study the production and application of Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NPV).
