规模经营问题是改革实践提出的新问题,也是当今经济理论界议论的“热点”。在渔业,如何从实际出发,积极推进海洋渔业的规模经营,同样是各级领导普遍关注的重大问题。本文作者就从海洋渔业的特点及渔业发展势态看,规模经营是海洋渔业的客观要求,也是渔业发展的必然趋向;实践表明,海洋渔业规模经营显示出强大的竞争优势以及推进海洋渔业规模经营,方向要明确,认识要全面,态度要坚决,步子要稳妥等问题进行概述。
The problem of scale management is a new issue put forward by the reform practice and also a “hot spot” in today’s economic theory circle. In fisheries, how to actively promote the large-scale operation of marine fisheries from the reality is also a major issue that is generally noticed by leaders at all levels. According to the characteristics of marine fishery and the developing trend of fishery, the scale operation is an objective requirement of marine fishery and an inevitable trend of fishery development. Practice shows that the scale management of marine fishery shows a strong competitive advantage and the scale management of marine fishery is promoted. The direction should be clear, the understanding should be comprehensive, the attitude should be resolute, and the steps should be safe and so on.
