当代美国著名心理学家和教育家卡尔·罗杰斯赋予自由学习的定义为:“以人为中心的学习模式”。即以学生为中心,在学生学习过程中营造一种自由的学习氛围,学生应有自身的尊严,自己选择的自由,学生获得自我价值的提升。自由学习模式不仅符合教育改革的趋势,而且对我国中小学生的培养目标具备参考价值。这样就需要教师具备较强的灵活性和可塑性。
Contemporary American famous psychologist and educator Carl Rogers to give free learning is defined as: “people-centered learning model ”. That is, taking students as the center, creating a free learning environment in the process of student learning. Students should have their own dignity, freedom of choice, and students’ self-worth enhancement. The mode of free study not only conforms to the trend of educational reform, but also has the reference value for the training objectives of primary and secondary school students in our country. This requires teachers with strong flexibility and plasticity.
