2005年,“节能省地”是中国房地产业上最有影响力的口号,关注建筑节能并高举“科技地产引领行业进步”旗帜的中国科技地产联盟已经向着这个方向前进了。从今年7月份中国科技地产联盟正式成立到现在,在不到半年的时间里,联盟的系列活动相继启动,正紧锣密鼓、有条不紊地进行。10月,中国科技地产联盟抵达易郡售楼处,开始了联盟沙龙之行;联盟调研联盟成员北京城市开发股份有限公司,开启了联盟与成员间互动的篇章;11月,联盟成员在当代置业开发的上第MOMA售楼目处,举行了“建筑、居住、文化科技地产论坛”活动,将是中国科技地产联盟系列论坛之旅的开始……
