目的:探讨内镜清洗消毒的规范化管理措施及效果。方法:选取规范化管理前(2014年)与规范化管理后(2015年)的内镜清洗消毒102476次,分析内镜清洗消毒的可能问题,找出引起问题的关键因素,通过规范化管理改进内镜清洗消毒流程,比较规范化管理前后内镜清洗消毒质量改进情况。结果:实施规范化管理后,内镜清洗刷更换频率、清洗剂更换频率、职业防护检查合格率、细菌学检测合格率均明显增高(P<0.05),钳子管维修、内镜表面黄斑、纱布损耗均显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:规范化管理能够提高内镜清洗消毒的质量,确保清洗消毒流程的依从性,加速内镜运转速度。
Objective: To explore the standardized management measures and effects of endoscope cleaning and disinfection. Methods: Totally 102476 times of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection before standardized management (2014) and standardized management (2015) were selected to analyze the possible problems of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, identify the key factors causing the problem, and to improve the endoscopic cleaning Disinfection process, more standardized management of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection quality improvement. Conclusion: Standardized management can improve the quality of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection, ensure the compliance of cleaning and disinfection process, and accelerate the speed of endoscopy.
