企业文化包括企业的价值观、企业精神、企业形象、传统、风气,以及与之相适应的组织机构、规章制度、行为规范等,其核心是价值观,主体是“人”。特指(狭义)的企业文化是企业的精神文化,这应是企业思想政治工作研究的主要范畴。 “爱”是企业文化的主线 先举个例子:1988年,英国最大的“礼兰汽车厂”宣布亏损20亿英镑,企业发生了严重危机。与此同时,厂工会要求加薪三成,企业雪上加霜。相反,1973、1974年日本发生石油危机,经济不景气,某大公司最初宣布董事长自动减薪一成,经理级减薪5%,一般职工不减亦不加薪。后来情况更趋恶化,
