将档案记录纳入到干部人事管理当中,记录干部的业务能力、工作经历、思政情况、业绩功过等,形成了干部人事档案,这是干部的个人原始资料,也为用人单位和人事部门对干部的考察提供了重要的原始资料和给予相应的薪酬待遇的凭证,可见,干部人事档案管理工作的重要性是不言而喻的。笔者根据自身从事干部人事档案管理工作的多年经验和体会,总结出了干部人事档案管理必须要认真地遵循安全保密等四项原则,以供参考。
