新郑市是河南省重要的县级市,位于双洎河下游,新郑水文站地处新郑市双洎河上游4km处,该站中长期洪水预报关系到新郑市区工业、农业、城市建设、水利工程及下游人民的生命财产安全,是防洪减灾、合理开发利用水资源的重要课题.本文用统计学方法结合气象学、水文学和中长期水文预报、计算机相关知识,应用多元回归法作出新郑水文站的1986～1988年年降水量预报模型,并进行检验和评定.
