我在担任小学班主任工作中,发现学生性格有较大差异,有的学生性格孤僻内向,上课从不发言,课下见到老师也不说话,甚至绕开走;有的学生个性粗狂,上课随便说话、插嘴,却又说不到点上,课下说话粗鲁、甚至肮脏,污蔑同学;而有的学生性格开朗,敢说敢做,成绩优异……。面对复杂的学生性格问题,在班级管理中,深深体会到学生的性格与其学习成绩有着很大的关系。而班集体对其性格的形成和发展有着很大的影响。下面结合工作实际体会,谈一谈在班级管理中如何培
