建立了用于吸入染毒毒物动力学研究的液态毒物蒸发装置和动物吸入染毒方法。装置主要适用于沸点低于120℃液态毒物的蒸发,以沸点87.5℃的甲基肼(MMH)为对象进行测试的结果表明,该装置蒸发效率高,耗毒量少;产生的MMH蒸气浓度稳定,布毒重复性好;并且能够定量控制和调节MMH蒸气浓度。家兔经具有呼、吸活瓣的三叉管,以气管内插管和自主呼吸的方式染毒,做到了染毒个体化,在染毒期间可随时采集血、尿和呼出气样品,而且不影响家兔的正常呼吸。
