大连热电股份有限公司:你公司报送的配股申报材料收悉。根据大连市证券管理办公室《关于大连热电股份有限公司1998年配股的初审意见》(大证办发[1998]66号)和《大连热电股份有限公司1998年度临时股东大会决议》,经审核,现批复如下:一、同意你公司向全体股东配售2679.98万股普通股。其中向国家股股东配售924.98万股,向社会公众股股东配售1350万股,向内部职工股股东配售405万股。

Among them, 9,249,800 shares were placed to state-owned shareholders, 13.5 million shares were placed to public shareholders, and 405 million shares to shareholders of internal employees.
