小学教育是中学教育的基础,中学教育是小学教育的延伸和发展,能否把两个阶段的教育衔接好,直接影响到中学的教育质量。在我们以往的实践中,曾发生过两种偏向,一是机械重复小学阶段教师跟班转的管理方法,管得过细、过死,结果抑制了学生智能的发展,出现了一些“少年老成”;二是放得过早、过多,结果使班集体的组织纪律松散,助长一些学生放任不羁。对于这两种情况,我们认真进行了分析,并向初一新生的“娘家”——小学的老师和学生家长进行了调查访问,才认识到问题发生的主要原因在于没有做好两个阶段的衔接工作,不论是教育的管理上,内容上,还是教育的形式上,都和小学脱节。近
