集料是半刚性基层材料的重要组成部分,集料的级配不同影响其抗压强度。文中以水泥稳定碎石为例,利用分形理论量化集料级配,通过采集样本建立数据库,分别对7d和90d抗压强度进行材料组成因素的关联度分析,在此基础上建立了综合考虑集料级配、水泥剂量、含水量、水泥标号、集料压碎值5个主要材料组成因素的水泥稳定碎石材料抗压强度灰色预测模型,得出考虑材料组成因素定量影响长短龄期下的抗压强度之间的关系。可便于根据材料组成预估基层抗压强度,根据其短龄期性能预估长龄期性能,为路面材料和结构一体化设计提供手段和依据。
