原料:绿豆、红枣、白糖。制法:将绿豆中的杂质去掉,淘洗干净,红枣泡洗干净备用。把10份绿豆、5份红枣放入锅内,加入15 份纯净水,大火煮至豆烂、枣熟时取出,用搅拌机或人工搅拌成泥,再用粗网筛滤出枣核(或人工仔细将枣核捡出)。向绿豆红枣泥中加3份白糖拌匀,将拌好的绿豆枣泥放在案板上用平滑的木板压扁,四周用木框压紧,待晾凉后切成块即成枣泥绿豆糕。成品味香甜、清凉可口,是很好的解暑食品。 (060821)
