通过接种我国黄淮海及长江流域大豆产区流行株系SC3和SC7,对50份大豆品种(系)进行了成株抗性及种粒抗性(包括种粒斑驳抗性及种传抗性)鉴定。结果表明:仅有2份大豆品种(SD1112和驻豆11)对SC3和SC7株系表现抗病。对SC3和SC7具有种粒斑驳抗性的材料分别为4和3份,接种两个株系后的大豆品种(系)的平均斑驳率分别为44.98%和49.42%,其中A3、SD1112和SD1108对SC3和SC7株系均具有种粒斑驳抗性。所选大豆品种(系)对SC3和SC7株系的平均种传率分别为1.47%和1.22%,对上述两个株系具有种传抗性的大豆品种(系)分别为19和29份。本研究首次鉴定了大豆品种对SC3和SC7株系的种粒抗性,为SMV种粒抗性育种工作拓展了种质抗源。
Fifty soybean cultivars (lines) were subjected to adult and seed resistance (including mottle of grain mottle and seed resistance) by inoculation of SC3 and SC7, a popular strain of soybean in the Huanghuaihai and Yangtze River valleys in China. Identification. The results showed that only two soybean cultivars (SD1112 and Pea 11) showed resistance to SC3 and SC7 lines. The materials with the mottling resistance to SC3 and SC7 were 4 and 3, respectively. The average motley rate of soybean varieties (lines) inoculated with the two strains were 44.98% and 49.42%, respectively. Among them, A3, SD1112 and SD1108 Both SC3 and SC7 lines have mottled germplasm resistance. The average seedling transmission rates of SC3 and SC7 were 1.47% and 1.22% for the selected soybean varieties (lines), and 19 and 29 for the soybean varieties (lines) that had resistance to the two strains. This study, for the first time, identified the seed resistance of soybean cultivars to SC3 and SC7 lines and extended germplasm resistance to SMV seed resistance breeding.
