综合日本16所大学和大医院皮肤科的57例皮肤癌和癌前期患者,单用5-氟尿嘧啶(下简称5Fu)软膏治疗的效果。其中鳞状细胞癌23例,原位癌(Bowen 氏病)和砷剂角化症18例(其中多发型5例,共计38个肿瘤)。基底细胞癌16例。病例中多数是其它疗法失败或再发的。治疗方法:用5％5Fu 软膏涂肿瘤处,原则上采用密闭包扎(ODT),每日外用1～2次,直至局部产生糜烂反应甚至剧烈疼痛时为止。治疗结束后,如有残留肿瘤,即反复治疗。
The effect of treatment with 5-fluorouracil (5Fu) ointment alone in 57 cases of skin cancer and precancerous patients in dermatology at 16 universities and major hospitals in Japan. There were 23 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 18 cases of carcinoma in situ (Bowen’s disease) and 8 cases of arsenic keratoses (5 cases of multiple forms of hair, total 38 cases of tumor). Basal cell carcinoma in 16 cases. Most of the cases were failures or recurrences of other therapies. Treatment: Tumors were coated with 5% 5Fu ointment. In principle, closed bandage (ODT) was used. Externally applied one or two times daily until the localized effervescent reaction or even severe pain. After the treatment is over, if there is residual tumor, it is repeated treatment.
