[目的]观察自拟四逆半夏泻心汤联合西药治疗消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]将70例随机分为两组各35例,两组均嘱服药期间忌食辛辣刺激之品,调畅情志,避免劳累。对照组奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素口服。治疗组自拟四逆半夏泻心汤加减治疗1剂/d,水煎服。西药治疗同对照组。治疗1疗程(28d),随访3月进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效16例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率94.29%,复发率7.69%。对照组痊愈4例,显效6例,有效10例,无效16例,总有效率54.29%,复发率50.00%。总有效率治疗组优于对照组;复发率治疗组优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗消化道溃疡,可提高治愈率,减少复发率。比单一西药治疗效果佳。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of self-made Sini Banxiaxiexin Decoction combined with Western medicine on peptic ulcer. [Methods] Seventy patients were randomly divided into two groups of 35 cases. Both groups were advised not to eat spicy stimulation of the goods during the period of medication, adjust their emotions and avoid exertion. The control group omeprazole, amoxicillin, clarithromycin orally. The treatment group self-made Si Ni Banxiaxiexin Decoction treatment 1 / d, Shuijianbi. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Treatment of a course of treatment (28d), followed up for 3 months to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 13 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 4 effective and 2 ineffective. The total effective rate was 94.29% and the recurrence rate was 7.69%. In the control group, 4 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective and 16 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 54.29% and the recurrence rate was 50.00%. The total effective treatment group was better than the control group; the recurrence rate was better than the control group. [Conclusion] Integrative treatment of peptic ulcer, can improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate. Better than single western medicine.
