A new method of refining the microstructure of steel has been developed, that is, the cyclic deformation of austenite-ferrite zone. The thermal simulated samples designed by ourselves were used to study the effect of cyclic deformation of austenite-ferrite zone on Q235 Influence of Mechanical Properties of Steel. The results show that under most of the deformation conditions, the Q235 steel obtained by the method has a greater Hangzhou tensile strength than 500 MPa, a yield strength greater than 400 MPa and an elongation greater than 20%
