尼索地平(nisoldipine)是近年西德研制的新型二氢吡啶钙通道拮抗剂。具有强效、长效、速效心血管扩张作用。对防治冠心病、高血压病、及慢性充血性心力衰竭有显著疗效,能减少因急性心肌梗塞后导致的致命性心室颤动的危险性。但其见光易分解,故本文作者等人于1985年改造其化学结构,首创间-尼索地平(m-nisoldipine)并经UV、IR、NMR、及MS四谱确证其化学结构。间-尼索地平具有与尼索地平相似的药理作用,有七项药理作用优于尼索地平(详见本文3.2段的内容)。现概述如下。
Nisoldipine (nisoldipine) is a novel dihydropyridine calcium channel antagonist developed in West Germany in recent years. Has a potent, long-lasting, rapid-acting cardiovascular expansion. The prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease, hypertension, and chronic congestive heart failure have a significant effect, can reduce the risk of fatal ventricular fibrillation caused by acute myocardial infarction. However, its light is easily decomposed. Therefore, in 1985, the authors et al transformed their chemical structure. The first one was m-nisoldipine and its chemical structure was confirmed by UV, IR, NMR and MS spectra. Inter-nisoldipine has similar pharmacological effects as nisoldipine, with seven pharmacological effects superior to nisoldipine (see details in Section 3.2 herein). Now summarized as follows.
