实施“学先于教”的策略,可以有效推进学生的自主学习,进而促进学生的自主发展。“学先于教”就是教师的教学活动要服从和服务于学生的学习活动,充分保证学生的学习主体地位,使学生的学习真正变成自立、自为、自律的自主学习。策略实施的支撑条件包括思想、组织和技术三方面。学生预习是策略实施的前提,实施“学展评练”的课堂结构是策略实施的核心,及时、精当的强化是策略实施的保障。在教师的科学指导下,学生通过能动的创造性的学习活动,实现自主性发展。
