人民陪审员制度是国家审判机关吸收社会民众参加案件审理的一项重要司法制度,是党的群众路线在人民司法工作中的具体体现,同时也是推进司法民主、促进司法公正,实现人民当家作主和依法治国有机结合的重要途径。自2005年5月全国人大常委会《关于完善人民陪审员制度的决定》正式实施以来,我院在上级法院及县人大常委会的监督指导下,高度重视并积极推动人民陪审员制度贯彻落实,在人民陪审员的选任、培训和日常管理方面进行了积极的探索,使我院的人民陪审员工作初步迈入了健康发展的良性轨道,为缓解审判压力、提升审判的社会效果,促进司法公正、推进司法民主化进程作出了积极的贡献。

Active exploration has been made in the selection, training and day-to-day management of the people’s assessors so that the work of the people’s assessors in our hospital has initially entered a sound track for healthy development.
