目的:对肉苁蓉中还原糖、脂肪、胆固醇、VA、VC、总酸、水分、灰分、微量元素含量进行测定。方法:采用菲林氏法、索氏提取法、紫外分光光度法、酸碱滴定法、直接干燥法、原子吸收分光光度法分别对肉苁蓉中的还原糖、脂肪、胆固醇、总酸、水分、灰分和钾、钠、钙、铁、镁、锰、锌、铜、锶、铌等微量元素的含量进行了系统测定。结果:每100g肉苁蓉中还原糖含量0.00734g,脂肪0.012g,胆固醇102μg,VA和VC分别为2.42mg和3.12mg,总酸1.56g,水分7.16g,灰分0.24g,微量元素K、Na含量较高。结论:本论文中所涉及的测定方法操作简便、快速,为进一步研究和综合开发利用肉苁蓉提供了依据。
Objective: To determine the contents of reducing sugar, fat, cholesterol, VA, VC, total acid, water, ash and trace elements in Cistanche deserticola. Methods: The contents of reducing sugar, fat, cholesterol, total acid, water and ash in Cistanche deserticola were determined by the methods of Fleming’s, Soxhlet’s extraction, UV spectrophotometry, acid-base titration, direct drying and atomic absorption spectrophotometry Potassium, sodium, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, strontium, niobium and other trace elements were systematically determined. Results: The content of reducing sugar was 0.00734g, fat was 0.012g, cholesterol was 102μg, VA and VC were 2.42mg and 3.12mg, total acid 1.56g, moisture 7.16g and ash 0.24g per 100g of Cistanche deserticola. The contents of trace elements K and Na were high. Conclusion: The determination method involved in this paper is simple and rapid, which provides the basis for further research and comprehensive development and utilization of Cistanche tubulosa.
