在细粒处理中,与表面性质有关的工艺方法如浮选、油团聚和絮凝—浮选法是非常重要的。浮选法是金風矿物选别中最常用的方法,伹在超细粒煤的选别中,浮选作用就显著减弱了。对常规泡沫浮选法作了许多改革,试图提高超细粒的选别效率。絮凝—浮选法和油团聚法新工艺在超细粒的选别和脱水中显示了较好的性能。本文报导了以此两方法选别印度矿山煤细粒的试验结果。特性鉴定后的矿样用油团聚和絮凝—浮选法进行选别。工艺参数通过有系统的改变其数值实现了最佳化.所得到的试验产品与浮选精矿进行了比较.结果表明,油团聚法得到的精矿质量高,絮凝—浮选精矿则具有较好的脱水性能。与常规泡沫浮选法相比,油团聚法和絮凝浮选法更适用于细粒的选别。
In the fine-grained treatment, process methods related to surface properties such as flotation, oil agglomeration and flocculation-flotation are very important. Flotation method is the most commonly used method of gold wind mineral sorting, 选 in the ultrafine coal sorting, flotation was significantly weakened. Many changes have been made to the conventional froth flotation process in an attempt to improve the flotation efficiency of the ultrafine particles. Flocculation - flotation and oil agglomeration of the new technology in the ultrafine particle sorting and dehydration showed good performance. This paper reports the test results of the two methods for the selection of indium mine coal fines. After the characterization of mineral samples with oil agglomeration and flocculation - flotation method for sorting. The process parameters were optimized by systematically varying their values.The experimental products obtained were compared with flotation concentrates.The results showed that the concentrates obtained by the oil agglomeration process were of high quality and the flocculation- Better dehydration performance. Compared with the conventional froth flotation method, the oil agglomeration method and the flocculation flotation method are more suitable for the fines separation.
