玉素甫·哈斯·哈吉甫的人际交往思想在《福乐智慧》里得到了集中体现。他提出了关于怎样处理人与人之间关系的交往原则、交往态度和交往技巧等人际交往之道。与人为善、不求回报体现的是人际交往“仁”的原则;言行一致、信守诺言、严于律己、公平待人体现了人际交往“信”的原则;礼尚往来、重在人情体现了人际交往“和”的原则。这不仅为现代维吾尔族人际交往伦理原则的确立奠定了理论基础,还对维吾尔族人际关系的发展与建设产生重要的影响。
