煤壁片帮是制约大采高综合机械化开采工作面安全高效开采的主要因素之一,为了掌握煤壁片帮规律,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件得到了工作面前方煤壁主应力的分布规律,进而将煤壁简化为压杆。根据压杆理论,分析了完整性较好的煤壁的挠度特征,得出煤壁的最大变形点,即剪切破坏的突破点。给出了煤壁片帮深度的计算公式,并通过现场实测,对该公式进行了验证。
In order to grasp the law of coal wall slab, the distribution rule of main stress of coal wall in front of working face is obtained by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, and then the coal wall slab is one of the main factors restricting the safe and efficient mining in fully mechanized high mechanized mining face. Simplify the coal wall as a compression rod. According to the theory of strut, the deflection characteristics of coal wall with good integrity are analyzed, and the maximum deformation point of coal wall is obtained, which is the breaking point of shear failure. The calculation formula of the depth of coal wall slab is given, and the formula is validated by field measurement.
